The cloud is stressed, by being almost like a climax thought as the narrator leaves it hanging as the break sentence in! the stanza. As you read on, the cloud seems to be the main counseling of the poem and is again mentioned near the end. by the first line of the third stanza it seems that the narrator is now lecture about hills, as if being completely consumed in the glorious surroundings.
